Shopping Master Hub partners with trusted third-party carriers for order fulfilment. Our current service providers include:

Estimated Time of Arrival

Orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse in Melbourne, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. If any items in your order are out of stock, it will be indicated on your account’s order details page.

The Estimated Delivery Date depends on two key factors:

  1. Order Processing: Typically, orders are prepared within 1 day, though custom builds may require additional time.
  2. Transit Time: The duration it takes for your order to reach you after leaving our warehouse.

Please note:

  • Delivery times are approximate and do not include order processing time.
  • We only ship within Australia.
  • Items weighing more than 5kg cannot be shipped to PO boxes.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated on a “per item” or “per kg” basis and depend on the shipping method selected (Standard, Express). We occasionally offer free shipping on select categories.

Communication

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment.

Exclusions

Certain freight offers, services, and fees may not apply to specific orders:

  • Free freight offers do not apply to dealer pricing.
  • Nationwide delivery is extended to areas reachable through our standard carriers (Australia Post or Star Track Express), excluding remote locations with high delivery costs. For clarification, please contact us before placing your order.
