Please note that devices retaining data may be reset to factory settings during the repair process. Backup essential data before returning a faulty device to Shopping Master Hub. Unfortunately, data backup or recovery assistance is not provided at this time.

Returning Faulty Products within Warranty:

If you suspect a product is faulty within the warranty period, raise a ticket or visit the store of purchase for assessment. Only after confirming the fault will repair, replacement, or refund be initiated. Please note that replacements cannot be dispatched before receiving the faulty product.

14 Days Change of Mind Policy:

For change of mind returns within 14 days:

  • Unused and sealed items incur no restocking fee.
  • Opened items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • Returns are not accepted after 14 days unless deemed faulty, with a minimum 15% restocking fee applied.
  • Payment surcharges and shipping costs are non-refundable.
